I put out the flag, You put out the flag, We put out the flag

In collaboration with the residents of Bloemenbuurt [‘flower’ neighbourhood] in Purmerend, a carpet of buttons has been constructed of over 10,000 buttons from the old button boxes of the residents. A nice photo has been made of the ‘flower carpet’ which will be printed on a flag, the neighbourhood flag. The flag has a transparent section allowing the spreading of a personal ‘neighbourhood’ message.
