Small variations with big consequences

The 20 red panels are like a mirror of the 20 green panels.
One red panel is exactly the same in glaze and clay composition as the green one hanging opposite.
They were fired at the same temperature (1220 degrees celcius).
Only the amount of oxygen in the firing process determined whether the panel becomes red or green.

I like to unravel things, to show the essence, stripped of all the noise. I want to make the source of everything visible! In this case, to expose the magic of glazes.
